Terms of use

The short rules for using Softaleo API.

By LeonidPublished

These terms cover your use of Softaleo API (https://api.softaleo.com), run by Softaleo, Israel. Using the site means you accept them. They are short on purpose.

What the site is

Softaleo API Manage your Softaleo API keys and see how many calls you have used this month.. It is information and tools, not advice. We check our facts and show our sources and dates, but specifications, prices, laws, and availability change, and we can miss things. Before you spend money or make a decision that matters, verify against the manufacturer, the seller, or the relevant authority.

Using it

  • You may read, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts with a link back.
  • You may not scrape the site at a rate that affects other visitors, republish whole pages, or present our data as your own.
  • You may not use the site to break the law or to attack it or anyone else.

Refunds

You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part of a month: cancelling on the 20th does not return the last ten days.

If the service was materially unavailable for a month — not a short outage, but not working for the purpose you pay for it — write to [email protected] and we will refund that month. You do not have to argue about it.

Unused quota is not refunded and does not carry over. Each month gets the calls your plan allows, counted per UTC calendar month, and an unused call in March is not an extra call in April.

Ads

Some pages carry ads served by Google. We do not choose individual ads and they do not influence what we write.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent Israel law allows, Softaleo is not liable for losses that come from relying on the site, from it being unavailable, or from errors in its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes go to the competent courts of Israel.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
